Rappahannock Football League – Youth Football & Cheerleading Registration Now Open!

Get ready for an exciting season with the Rappahannock Football League (RFL)! We're now accepting registrations for Youth Football and Cheerleading for boys and girls ages 5–13. Whether your child is ready to hit the field or cheer from the sidelines, RFL provides a safe, fun, and team-oriented environment to grow, learn, and compete.

Key Details:

• Eligibility: Ages 5–13
• Season Runs: August – November
• Practices Begin: August 2025
• Game Days: Saturdays
• Registration Deadline: July 31^st, 2025
• All players will need a current physical to play.

What’s Included:

• Football: Full team uniform, helmet, mouth piece and pads provided, Registration Fee is a $20 mouth piece fee.
• Cheerleading: Cheer uniform, pom-poms, and accessories provided
• Certified, background-checked coaches and staff
• Focus on teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
